- The Eastern Cup @ Trapp Family Lodge: Flawless skiing in a New England Winter that’s been super brutal. Great organization. Great atmosphere. Great racing.
- The City of the Lakes Loppet @ The Twin Cities: With no natural snow, the City of Lakes Loppet ski marathon (a shortened version) was held anyway as multiple laps on a hilly, mash potato, 3k man-made loop. Points for the soup after the race.
Shit List:
- Race organizers at PNSA JNQ in Leavenworth, WA, this weekend on the classic sprint heats: “There are supposed to be six tracks but we aren’t sure if we can fit six, so there might be might be five and someone will just have to go behind.” (race morning: actually just 4 tracks).
